About RecallsGuru

RecallsGuru publishes recall questions for USMLE Step 1, Step 2 CK and Step 3, and written CCS cases for Step 3. Our papers are written by our own medical authors, reviewed by a second doctor and read online by students preparing for Step 1, Step 2 CK and Step 3.

This page tells you who we are, how a paper is made and what you can expect from us.

How a paper is made

  1. Plan. We start from the official USMLE content outline and decide how many questions each system and discipline should get, so the paper covers the outline in proportion.
  2. Write. An author writes each question as a clinical case with one best answer, then marks the correct answer.
  3. Review. A second doctor checks every question for medical accuracy, clear wording and a single defensible answer. Questions that fail go back to the author.
  4. Publish with a date. The paper goes live with the author’s name, the reviewer’s name and the review date.
  5. Correct. When a reader reports a mistake or a guideline changes, we fix the question and update the review date.

All of our questions are written from scratch by our authors. We do not accept questions sent in by exam candidates, and we do not ask anyone what they saw in their exam.

Why we call them recalls

Active recall is the study method of answering from memory instead of re-reading. Our question sets are built for it, and “recalls” is also the word many students use when they look for practice papers. Our guide What are USMLE recalls? explains the different meanings of the word.

How we sell

  • Papers are read online in your account. Nothing is downloaded.
  • You choose 1, 3 or 6 months of access.
  • Each page carries your own details as a light watermark, and an account works on one device at a time.
  • You can pay by card, crypto or bank transfer.
  • All sales are final. We do not give refunds. See the Refund Policy.

We tell you these limits before you pay because we would rather lose a sale than surprise a customer.

Is RecallsGuru legit?

It is a fair question. Students lose money every year to recall sellers on Telegram and social media who take payment and disappear, or who send a file that is not what was promised.

Here is what you can check about us before you pay:

  • Who we are. The company name and address are on the Contact page.
  • Who wrote your paper. Each paper names its author and reviewer.
  • What you are buying. Each product page lists the topics and shows sample questions, so you see the standard first.
  • What it is not. Our papers are written by our own authors. We say so in the footer of every page and again at checkout.
  • What happens to your money. We do not give refunds, and the Refund Policy says so in plain words before you pay. It also says what we do if you are charged twice or your access does not start.
  • How to reach us. We answer at [email protected]. If your access does not work, we fix it.

We do not ask you to pay through a chat app, and we never ask for your USMLE login.

What we promise, and what we do not

We promise that every paper has a named author and reviewer, that every question has its correct answer marked, and that we correct mistakes when we learn of them.

We do not promise a score or a pass. No honest study resource can. Your result depends on your preparation as a whole.
