Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data RecallsGuru collects, why, and what rights you have. RecallsGuru is run by Dr Zartasha Ali, Lahore, Pakistan. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect

We do not store card numbers.
The watermark
Every page of a paper you read shows your email and order number as a light watermark. Only you see your own watermark, inside your own account. Its purpose is to discourage sharing: if a page is shared, it shows whose account it came from.
Marketing emails
If you start an order and do not finish it, we may send up to three reminder emails. We also send a reminder before your access ends, and an email when a paper you can read is updated (about every 15 days). You can turn update emails off in My papers.
Every such email has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share data with
- Payment processors, to take your payment.
- Cloudflare, which delivers the site and protects it from attacks.
- tawk.to, which runs the live chat. Chat messages and the details you type into the chat are stored by tawk.to. The chat is not loaded on the cart, checkout or account pages.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
- A bank or processor, if you dispute a payment: we send the order record, the accepted terms and the page-view log.
We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep account and order records, login and page-view logs, and checkout details, including unfinished checkouts, for as long as RecallsGuru runs.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, object to marketing, or receive a copy. Write to [email protected].
We answer within 2 to 3 working days. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.
Where data is stored
Your data may be processed in other countries by the services listed above.
Children
RecallsGuru is for medical students and doctors. It is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
We will post changes to this policy on this page and change the date at the top.
