These terms apply when you use RecallsGuru or buy access to a paper. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

RecallsGuru is run by Dr Zartasha Ali, Lahore, Pakistan. Contact: [email protected].

2. What we sell

We sell online access to original exam-preparation material written by our own authors: recall-style practice questions with answers, mock exams and Step 3 CCS cases. We also sell tutoring and mentorship.

Our papers are not actual examination papers and contain no real examination questions. Nothing we sell is taken from a real exam.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the USMLE, NBME, FSMB, ECFMG or any examining body.

3. No promise of results

Our papers are study aids. We do not promise that you will pass an exam or reach a score, and we do not claim that any question will appear in any exam.

4. Your account

You need an account to buy and read papers. Give us a working email address. It does not need to show your real name, but it must be an inbox you can open, because your password link and paper updates are sent there.

You are responsible for keeping your login private. An account is for one person.

5. Access

  • Recall bundles are sold for 1, 3 or 6 months; access starts when your payment is confirmed and ends on the date shown in your account.
  • Mock exams, Step 3 CCS cases and $3 samples are paid once and stay in your account for as long as RecallsGuru runs the service. A sample opens only the sample paper.
  • Recall bundles are updated about every 15 days. Updates reach you automatically while your access runs.
  • Papers are read online while you are logged in. They cannot be downloaded or printed.
  • Your account works on one device at a time. Logging in on another device ends the earlier session.
  • Every page shows your email and order number as a watermark.

6. What you must not do

You must not share your login, or copy, photograph, screenshot, record, print, publish, resell or pass on any paper or any part of one. You must not use software to save pages.

If we have good reason to believe you have done any of these, we may suspend or close your account and end your access without a refund. We may also take action to recover our losses.

7. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) at checkout. You can pay by card, crypto or bank transfer.

For bank transfers, access starts when we confirm that the money has arrived.

8. Refunds

Our Refund Policy is part of these terms. In short: all sales are final and we do not give refunds.

9. Tutoring and mentorship

Sessions are booked in advance. Rescheduling and cancellation rules are shown on each service page.

10. Affiliate programme

Buyers may join our affiliate programme from My Account. You earn 25% of the amount paid on orders placed within 30 days of a click on your link. Your own purchases, and orders that are cancelled, failed or reversed, earn nothing. A commission is approved 7 days after the order is complete.

Once your approved commissions reach $25, ask us for a payout through the Contact page or by email, and we pay you by local bank transfer or crypto. Payouts are made on request only. You must not use paid search ads on our name, spam, or claim to be RecallsGuru. We may close an affiliate account that breaks these rules; commissions earned by breaking them are not paid.

11. Mistakes in papers

We review every paper, but errors can happen. If you find one, tell us and we will correct it.

Our papers are for exam preparation only and are not medical advice. Do not use them to make decisions about patient care.

12. Our content

All papers and site content belong to RecallsGuru or its authors. Buying access gives you a personal, non-transferable right to read the paper during your access period, and nothing more.

13. Copyright complaints

If you believe material on this site infringes your rights, see the Copyright page.

14. Our liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We are not liable for exam results, lost opportunities or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms removes rights that the law says cannot be removed.

15. Changes

We may change these terms. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.
