Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not give refunds on any paper, bundle, tutoring session or mentorship.
Why there are no refunds
Our papers are digital and are read online. Once you have access, you can read all of it, and a paper that has been read cannot be handed back.
For that reason we treat every order as used from the moment access starts. This applies whether you have opened one page or all of them.
Check before you buy
Because we cannot refund, we show you what you are buying first:
- Each product page lists the topics covered and the number of questions.
- Each Step page offers a $3 sample of questions with answers.
- The checkout asks you to confirm that you have read this policy before you pay.
If you are unsure which paper or access length you need, write to us before ordering through the Contact page.
No refund in these cases
- You have opened the paper, or you have not opened it yet.
- Your access period has ended.
- You chose the wrong paper or the wrong access length.
- Your account was suspended for sharing a paper or a login.
- You did not pass your exam. Our papers are study aids and carry no promise of a result.
If something goes wrong on our side
A refund is not the answer to a fault, but we will put the fault right.
| Problem | What we do |
|---|---|
| You were charged twice for the same order | We return the extra payment. You keep the order you paid for. |
| You paid but access did not start | We start your access and add back any days you lost. |
| Pages will not load | We fix the fault and add back any days you lost. |
| A question or answer is wrong | We correct it. See the Contact page. |
Bundles
A bundle is one order. It is not refundable in whole or in part.
Tutoring and mentorship
Tutoring and mentorship are not refundable.
Payment disputes
If you have a problem with an order, please write to us before disputing the payment with your bank. Most problems are solved in one email.
When a payment is disputed, we send the bank your order record, the terms and this policy as you accepted them at checkout, and the record of the pages you opened.
